Our Process - Your Paraplanner
Below, we show the cycle of how we move from a request to complete a piece of work to getting it in your hands. This is not definitive and we can always accommodate any unusual or quick requests.
Ask us how we can help your business!
1 Adviser: Confirms via website/email the piece of work to be completed and any specific requirements that they may have.
2 Your Paraplanner: Quote confirmed (within the hour)
3 Adviser: Price Agreed. "Yes" and continue
4 Adviser: Using the secure log-in system - Adviser attaches the required documents: e.g.
- Fact Find
- Risk Assessment/Fund choices
- Ceding Scheme Information
For best results, we recommend using the attached letter of authority document (which will allow the provider to release full information) and pension switch information request letter which contains all of the required information to provide a complete and compliant suitability letter.
5 Your Paraplanner:
- Checks Information
- Clarify the nature of the advice being provided
- Notify adviser if anything is missing/unclear
6 Your Paraplanner: Compiles draft report (Within 5 working days)
7 Your Paraplanner: Submits report to adviser for approval.
8 Adviser: Provides Feedback
9 Your Paraplanner: Updates/revisions made until client is satisfied.
10 Case Closed
11 Invoice Issued
