1 Adviser: Confirms via website/email the piece of work to be completed and any specific requirements that they may have.

3 Adviser: Price Agreed. "Yes" and continue

4 Adviser: Using the secure log-in system - Adviser attaches the required documents: e.g.

  1. Fact Find
  2. Risk Assessment/Fund choices
  3. Ceding Scheme Information
  4. Illustrations
  5. Research/Notes

For best results, we recommend using the attached letter of authority document (which will allow the provider to release full information) and pension switch information request letter which contains all of the required information to provide a complete and compliant suitability letter.

5 Your Paraplanner:

  1. Checks Information
  2. Clarify the nature of the advice being provided
  3. Notify adviser if anything is missing/unclear
